Somehow my app review keeps getting removed. This app is just a website so it's a scam and whoever developed it charged extra to the city of Cottonwood beyond what they should have paid.

I just downloaded the app. So far it's decent. I'm going to attempt to pay my water bill. If it works , than this will definitely deserve the five Stars if not then I'm going to change my rating.
